Creative Executive Chef opportunity with full culinary freedom in a dinner-only, seasonal restaurant. Must be positive, hands-on, and team focused.

Qualifications:

• 4–5 years as Executive Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Sous Chef — or 1–2 years as Executive Chef
• Strong leadership skills with a positive and professional demeanor
• Backgrounds in hotels, restaurants, casinos, or country clubs welcome
• Stable tenure (2–3 years per role preferred) and willing to relocate to a small-town environment

Responsibilities:

• Oversee culinary operations with full creative freedom over menus, specials, and execution
• Train, mentor, and develop kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work culture
• Stay engaged and motivated during non-peak season; lead during fast-paced summer service
• Maintain top-tier organization, sanitation, and service standards
