A beautiful casino is looking for an Executive Chef who will oversee their new Steakhouse concept in Wyandotte, OK! 
 
Qualifications

• 4+ years of executive-level culinary experience, preferably in upscale or steakhouse environments
• Strong leadership skills with proven success in team building and staff development
• Financial acumen, including experience managing food and labor costs

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor BOH staff; foster a strong team culture and professional development
• Partner with ownership and FOH leaders to ensure alignment on concept vision, service style, and guest experience
• Create systems for food prep, quality control, ordering, inventory, and waste reduction
• Monitor food and labor costs, and maintain financial targets (COGS, scheduling, P&L oversight)
