Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in fine dining or upscale contemporary pastry kitchens
• Strong background in Italian pastry—including cannoli, tortas, semifreddo, and seasonal desserts
• Ability to manage all aspects of a pastry program solo or with a small team
