Assistant Guest Experience Manager
Location: Yountville, California
Salary: $75,000 + bonus
Relocation: Local candidates only

Lead the arrival experience and ensure flawless execution of valet, door, and bell services at this luxury Napa Valley retreat.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ leadership in arrival services (valet, door, bell) within a luxury or resort environment (Forbes Five Star preferred).
• Strong guest engagement, team oversight, and polished appearance standards.
• Familiarity with valet operations, property logistics, and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee valet, doorman, and bell teams to deliver a seamless, welcoming guest reception
• Ensure vehicles and luggage are handled with precision, care, and timely coordination
• Collaborate with Front Office and Guest Relations to align on arrival communications and expectations
