Salary: $90k-$110k

Michelin Starred Restaurant Group is looking for an Assistant General Manager for a new restaurant opening in Los Angeles 
 
Qualifications: 

• Michelin Starred Experience required 
• Strong Beverage Knowledge 
• Strong Service Experience 

 
Responsibilities: 

• Support the GM in overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring service excellence and smooth execution during a high-profile restaurant launch.
• Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring staff, fostering a team culture aligned with Michelin standards of hospitality and professionalism.
• Help manage floor operations, guest relations, and team performance, acting as a key liaison between service staff, management, and the kitchen.
