• 7+ years of culinary experience with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Culinary arts degree or equivalent professional training
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Lead and inspire the culinary team; manage scheduling, training, and performance
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, ordering systems, and adherence to food safety standards
