Position: Assistant Culinary Director - Multi-Unit Chef
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 (20% bonus annually)

This role will be directly overseeing the Executive Chef of each location. There are 4 different concepts accross 8 locations. They will report to the Culinary Director and the Chief Culinary Visionary. This is a dynamic restaurant group doing over $50 million annually with a foh/boh staff of 800 plus.
