Position: Pastry Sous Chef

A world-renowned luxury Relais & Châteaux property is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef to join its award-winning team!

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional pastry experience, preferably in a fine dining or Michelin-starred kitchen
• Strong foundation in pastry techniques, bread production, and viennoiserie
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor a pastry team
• Manager Serve Safe certification and strong understanding of food safety standards

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of evening pastry service, including plated desserts and bread production
• Train and oversee pastry staff to ensure consistency and precision
• Collaborate on seasonal menus, recipe development, and special events
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and kitchen efficiency
