Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary leadership, preferably in banquet or event-driven environments
• Strong knowledge of menu development, food costing, and kitchen operations
• State Food Handler's Certification and a valid driver's license are required

Responsibilities:

• Oversee kitchen operations for all banquet and catered events, including menu development and execution.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership to ensure seamless event coordination and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain safety and quality standards while managing budgets, food costs, and kitchen inventory.
