Reputable Restaurant Group is seeking a Culinary Director to oversee daily execution at each restaurant

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Multi-Unit Executive Chef or Culinary Director experience at reputable restaurants
• Proven track record of excelling in administrative and financial responsibilities
• Local NYC candidate OK with travel to different states up to 5 days/month

Responsibilities:

• Complete oversight of cost control, food cost, P&L, labor, payroll, inventory, ordering
• Ensure each location is running efficiently and successfully
• Health department, licenses, hiring, complete oversight
