One of the largest and most diversified hospitality groups in the Caribbean, is seeking a Head Chef to join its team in Aruba. Operating seven high-volume restaurants—ranging from classical Italian to Asian and steakhouse concepts
 
Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine experience
• Proven experience in high-volume operations
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Island experience and tenure with multinational teams
• Background in Italian cuisine preferred

Responsibilities:

• Oversee BOH operations and ensure consistency across prep, production, and service
• Train, mentor, and manage a diverse kitchen team of 15+ staff
• Maintain food quality and presentation in line with company standards
• Assist with scheduling, labor goals, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with health and sanitation protocols
