The Steakhouse Chef (Chef de Cuisine) leads all culinary operations for the casino’s high-end steakhouse, ensuring premium quality, consistency, and execution. This role is hands-on, overseeing kitchen staff, production, and presentation in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of culinary leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a CDC or Executive Sous Chef role.
• Expertise in steakhouse operations, including butchery, grilling techniques, and upscale plating.
• Strong background in high-volume, fine dining environments with proven team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality and presentation.
• Lead, train, and supervise culinary team to maintain efficiency and service standards.
• Manage ordering, inventory, and food cost controls in alignment with budget targets.
