An upscale hotel seeks a refined and charismatic GM for a Michelin recommended restaurant. 
 
Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree in a related field with 8-10 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with guests, remember preferences, and create loyal relationships.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, managing budgets, and leading high-volume restaurant teams.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the face of the restaurant, welcoming guests, managing the host stand, and ensuring a seamless, elevated dining experience.
• Lead, train, and inspire FOH staff, fostering a guest-focused culture and ensuring exceptional service, product consistency, and presentation.
• Oversee daily operations, reservations, and financial performance, driving profitability while building the restaurant's reputation and community presence.
