Events Manager
Location: Yountville, California
Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 + bonus
Relocation: Local candidates only

Curate and execute luxury wine country events that blend hospitality, creativity, and seamless operational detail.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience planning and managing events in a luxury hotel, resort, or estate setting
• Strong understanding of Napa Valley’s wine, food, and design culture
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and exceed service expectations
• Experience with event software, BEO development, and vendor coordination

Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients from initial inquiry to event execution, ensuring each experience reflects the property’s brand and service standards
• Manage timelines, vendors, tastings, and on-site execution across weddings, meetings, and lifestyle gatherings
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Culinary, Banquets, and Guest Services to deliver cohesive, high-touch events
• Oversee event logistics including floor plans, setups, run-of-show, and post-event debriefs
• Foster relationships with planners, DMCs, and local partners to drive future business
