Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of Senior leadership experience in full service restaurants. 
• High volume experience a must. 
• Great financial acumen and team leadership skills. 

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and develop hourly team members to deliver top-notch hospitality and food quality.
• Analyze P&L statements and contribute to financial decision-making to meet performance goals.
