Busy, elevated hotel is seeking an Executive Sous Chef

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hotel culinary operations in a Union environment
• Ability to manage a team of 40+
• Well versed in admin duties, creative operations, menu creation

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute new menu for newly concepted restaurant
• Ensure successful daily operations
• Work efficiently and communicate with all hotel departments
