An upscale hotel seeks a knife-in-hand chef to lead all culinary outlets. 
 
Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary leadership in a high-volume hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team while upholding high culinary, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in food cost control, budgeting, and vendor management.

 
Responsibilities:

• Oversee all food preparation and presentation, ensuring quality, taste, and consistency across all meal periods and outlets.
• Lead and develop kitchen staff, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and purchasing while supporting menu innovation and seasonal offerings.
