Job Title: Director of Finance
Location: Carmel, CA
Salary: $170,000 – $180,000/year

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in hospitality or a related industry.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, cash management, and internal controls.
• Lead strategic financial planning and collaborate cross-functionally to drive profitability and business goals.
• Coach and develop the finance team while managing IT and Procurement functions, supporting operational efficiency across departments.
