Salary: $65-$75K 

New Cafe opening in Miami is looking for a Sous Chef to join their team.
 
Qualifications:

• Commissary / production kitchen experience
• Menu development
• strong tenure within roles
• scratch kitchen experience

Requirement:

• Able to recreate recipes at large production volume
• Smoothie / Cold Pressed Juices / Sandwich / Wrap production
• high volume experience
