Qualifications

• Proven expertise in profit and loss (P&L) management, ensuring the financial success of our culinary operations
• Extensive experience in luxury hospitality, with a deep understanding of the unique needs and expectations of our high-end clientele
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of culinary professionals
• Mastery of the latest trends and techniques in the culinary arts, with a passion for innovation and creativity
• Demonstrated success in managing luxury hotel or resort kitchens, with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences

Responsibilities:

• Provide inspired leadership and oversight of daily culinary operations, ensuring flawless execution and a consistently elevated guest dining experience.
• Design, innovate, and implement seasonally driven menus aligned with current trends, guest preferences, and regional influences.
• Uphold the highest standards of food quality, safety, sanitation, and presentation in accordance with luxury hospitality benchmarks and health code regulations
