Highly established Casino seeks an experienced Executive Chef to lead multiple outlets in their busy casino.
 
Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee culinary operations across multiple high-volume casino outlets, ensuring consistency in quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead menu development, seasonal updates, and special event offerings in alignment with brand standards and market trends.
• Manage hiring, training, and scheduling of BOH staff to optimize labor efficiency and maintain high performance.
• Monitor and control food and labor costs (COGS), inventory, and waste to achieve profitability goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all kitchens.
• Collaborate with F&B leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of progressive culinary leadership experience, preferably in multi-unit or high-volume casino/hotel environments.
• Proven track record of maintaining strong tenure (no more than 3 roles in the last 5 years).
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in cost control, labor management, and inventory systems.
• Exceptional leadership, team development, and communication skills.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
