A well known franchise bakery and cafe is looking for a great Real Estate Manager to add to their team! 
 
Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial real estate experience. 
• Proven background working with franchisees and local brokers to identify and secure new sites (required).
• Proficiency in geo-demographic analysis and GIS platforms; strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Solid understanding of site development, real estate trends, and best practices; experience with prototypical restaurant development.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on market development progress from initial strategy through to full site execution.
• Partner with the broker network to present new café site recommendation packages for internal approval.
• Negotiate leases and purchase agreements for approved corporate sites in close collaboration with the Legal team.
• Manage schedules and key project milestones during the development phase, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Evaluate site feasibility and create pro forma budgets in partnership with the Accounting team to confirm all financial obligations are met.
