Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + 10% Bonus + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, with a focus on high-volume production and quality execution. This role plays a key part in team leadership, daily service coordination, and maintaining culinary standards in a fast-paced environment.
 
Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef - Asian Cuisine in a professional, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on team development.
• Proven ability to maintain food quality, consistency, and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily kitchen operations, including prep, service, and staffing.
• Lead and mentor kitchen staff to ensure efficient, high-quality food execution.
• Support inventory control, food cost management, and health code compliance.
