Neighborhood Bistro looking for a motivated and energetic  Assistant Floor Manager to join the team 
 
Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and guest service standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities: 

•  Monitor the floor during service, ensuring smooth operations, prompt service, and high guest satisfaction
• Assist in managing and training front-of-house staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring team efficiency.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, table management, and coordination between kitchen and service staff.
