Qualifications

• 3+ years in a BOH leadership or KM role with high-volume experience
• Strong Excel and systems proficiency; comfortable with Teams and tech
• Passionate about team development, creativity, and food quality

Requirements

• Oversee scheduling, ordering, inventory, and labor tracking
• Manage food and labor costs aligned with quarterly bonus goals
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, prep execution, and team training
