Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a chef in a professional kitchen.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume buffet or banquet-style operations.
• Strong skills in food preparation, presentation, and team supervision.

• Lead and train kitchen staff to execute high-volume service with consistency.
