Qualifications

• Michelin background required; global fine dining experience strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of classical techniques and modern palates, including plant-based, gluten-free, and pro-biotic trends
• Fluency in Spanish preferred; women and candidates with ties to Puerto Rico encouraged to apply
• Proven ability to inspire, teach, and elevate diverse kitchen brigades
• Strong media presence and leadership maturity to represent the restaurant publicly and internally

Responsibilities

• Lead all culinary operations across a high-performing fine dining restaurant and tasting experience
• Evolve the menu weekly based on seasonality, creativity, and guest feedback
• Deliver consistency through team development, mentorship, and inclusive collaboration
• Partner cross-departmentally with FOH, Sales, and Catering to optimize guest experience and revenue
• Uphold and elevate the restaurant's brand identity through bold vision, precise execution, and artistic plating
