Hospitality group based in Charlotte, NC, with 5 different concepts.
 
Seeking Store Operator for QSR concept. Will oversee operations for the flagship location to make sure food quality and service are meeting expectations. Drive hospitality and financial goals. 
 
Requirements:

• 4+ years of culinary experience or extensive QSR operation experience
• BOH experience encouraged
• QSR concepts such as Chickfila, BurgerFi, or Panera Bread. This is a scratch kitchen restaurant, so need that type of experience.
• Culinary experience a huge plus for this role. * ServSafe certification required * Basic computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong Tenure "No job hoppers"

• Provide visible leadership to management and employees, fostering a restaurant atmosphere centered
  on exceptional hospitality where guest expectations are consistently exceeded.
• Maintain high visibility daily, motivating teams, encouraging teamwork, and challenging them to achieve their highest potential. 
• Guarantee consistent adherence to operational and training standards across various
  locations. Collaborate with Store Operators to cultivate the next level of management and culinary
  leadership.
• Supervise recipe development and consistency for core items at each establishment,
  ensuring effective and efficient procedures.
