Qualifications

• Experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in luxury or boutique hotels
• Background in European, Mediterranean, and Asian cuisines
• Prior island experience and leadership of multicultural teams required

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day culinary operations across all resort outlets and events
• Lead menu development, cost control, and inventory management
• Mentor and manage a team of 15+ in delivering exceptional guest dining experiences
