A vibrant, high-volume restaurant is seeking an Executive Chef to lead their culinary team!
 
Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant setting
• Knowledgeable in cost control and inventory management. Familiar with Restaurant 365 and Toast is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire team through busy lunch and dinner services.
• Ensure that all food is prepared according to recipes, portion standards, and health regulations.
• Reduce waste and control food costs through inventory oversight and portion control.
• Manage scheduling, training, and staff discipline to ensure efficient operations.
