Lead a wellness-driven smoothie bar inside a premium organic grocer. Seeking a hands-on leader passionate about smoothies, tea, matcha and coffee.
 
Qualifications

• 3+ years of barista and coffee program management experience
• Strong understanding of specialty coffee, plant-based beverages, and wellness-driven offerings
• Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team
• Knowledge of inventory, scheduling, cost control, and POS systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• NYC DOH food handler's certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the coffee bar, ensuring quality, speed, and consistency in every cup
• Hire, train, and manage baristas, cultivating a positive and professional team culture
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and product quality in alignment with company standards
• Collaborate on seasonal menu updates and wellness-focused beverage innovations
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and compliant workspace at all times
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that reflects the brand's values and mission
