The Executive Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in leading all back-of-house operations for this casino property, ensuring the delivery of high-quality cuisine across multiple outlets. This is a key leadership role ideal for a detail-driven, hands-on chef with strong organizational and people management skills.
 
Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Executive Sous Chef or senior culinary leadership experience
• Experience in high-volume casino, hotel, or resort kitchens
• Strong skills in production, staff training, and quality control

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day culinary operations across multiple F&B venues
• Train and mentor culinary staff while maintaining operational standards
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and compliance with health regulations
