A growing hospitality group is looking for a Sous Chef for one of their Tex Mex locations in Nashville, TN!
Qualifications
3+ years of similar Sous Chef experience.
High volume experience a must
Strong leadership skills and strong work tenure.
Responsibilities
Assist the Executive Sous Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating cuisine, ensuring adherence to authentic recipes and high-quality standards.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff members, fostering a positive work culture and encouraging professional growth.
Assist in inventory control, overseeing stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure the availability of fresh and authentic ingredients.
