Seeking a Kitchen Manager for a well-known resort! 
 
Qualifications: 

• Kitchen management experience
• Preference of previous Island experience.   
• Previous experience of at least $5 million in F&B revenue. 
• US citizen 
• Prefer independent restaurant experience. 

Responsibilities: 

• BOH  Management of all F&B venues at hotel property. 
• Ensure guest satisfaction. 
• Manage cost of sales.
