High volume restaurant is looking for a Restaurant General Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving financial success, and leading a motivated and efficient team.
 
Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of financial management, operations, and customer service
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, inventory, and guest satisfaction
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded
• Lead and train staff to maintain high standards of service and teamwork
