Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 + Annual Bonus Potential up to 25%

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of restaurant operations within a hotel property, ensuring exceptional guest service, team performance, and strong financial results. This role requires a hands-on leader with a hospitality-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
 
Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience, with at least 2 years in a General Manager role.
• Proven track record in team leadership, service excellence, and operational execution.
• Preferred experience in hotel dining, upscale restaurants, or high-volume operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless and high-quality dining experience.
• Lead, train, and mentor staff to uphold brand standards and service excellence.
• Manage budgets, labor, inventory, and financial performance to meet business goals.
