Nationally-recognized Chef looking for an authentic sushi chef with omakase experience to join his team for a new restaurant opening slated for September
 
Responsibilities:

• Lead the BOH team (hiring/training, menu development, nightly service)
• Experience with new restaurant openings and the challenges that often accompany them
• Lead, develop and maintain a positive work culture in the restaurant

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years in a managerial position 
• Ability to think critically and exercise independent judgement and discretion in day to day performance of job duties
• The Executive Chef needs to be an organized, strong leader with the BoH team, with an understanding of kitchen operations, cost controls, etc.
