A luxury property in Braselton, GA is looking for an incredible Director of Food & Beverage for their property! 
 
Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience in luxury resorts, hotels, or winery operations.
• Proven track record of managing multi-outlet, high-volume operations.
• Deep knowledge of wine programs, fine dining service, and banquet management.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership for all F&B outlets including restaurants, lounges, winery operations, banquet services, and in-room dining.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of managers, chefs, sommeliers, and service staff to deliver consistently high-quality service and cuisine.
• Ensure financial performance by analyzing and controlling labor and food costs, inventory, and operating budgets.
