High-volume multi-outlet venue in the heart of Boston seeks an Executive Chef to lead their dynamic kitchens.
 
Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years as Executive Chef in high-volume, à la carte environments; multi-unit experience strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive culinary experience
• Strong financial, P&L, and inventory management skills

 
Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and lead BOH and service teams
• Develop menus, portion specs, and prep procedures
• Manage food/labor costs, purchasing, and kitchen operations
