Upscale Asian-fusion restaurant in Dallas, TX is looking for a Head Sushi Chef to join their team! 
 
Qualifications: 

• 3–5 years of experience in upscale, fine dining environments
• No more than 2–3 positions held within the past 5 years

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee all sushi bar operations, ensuring consistency, precision, and creativity in every dish
• Lead, train, and manage the sushi team to deliver high-performance execution in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, in alignment with the brand and luxury dining expectations
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary leadership to curate and evolve the sushi menu, integrating seasonal and premium ingredients
