Looking for an experienced Hotel/Inn Manager for a historic boutique property in the heart of Middleburg, VA
 
Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the daily operations of the inn, ensuring a seamless and luxurious guest experience. 
• Role Leads and supports the Guest Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance teams while driving operational efficiency and financial performance. 
• Collaborate with all department heads to maintain service quality

Qualifications: 

• Knowledge of local tourism and hospitality trends in the VA wine and horse country
• Experience in a Relais & Chateaux/Forbes rated or Luxury boutique property is highly preferred.
• 3-5 years of similar hotel/hospitality management experience.
