Vibrant lakeshore restaurant seeking talented Kitchen Manager to finish out their busy season and join the team full time
 
Qualifications:

• 5 years of kitchen management experience
• Menu planning
• Scratch cooking
• Portion control

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute menus for both the primary bar and restaurant, as well as the lower-level patio bar
• Manage a team of 8 back of house employees
• Lead with positivity and be a presence on the line during service
