A growing hospitality group is looking for a Sous Chef for their high volume Tex-Mex restaurant in Charlotte, NC. 
 
Qualifications:

• 3+ years of similar Sous Chef experience 
• Strong tenure a must 
• High volume experience a must
• Strong leader and mentor

Responsibilities: 

• Assist the Executive Sous Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, including managing line cooks, prep cooks, and kitchen staff.
• Ensure the consistent preparation and presentation of food according to companies recipes and quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff, focusing on culinary skills, kitchen safety, and efficiency.
