Award winning restaurant looking for a Sous Chef to join the team
 
Qualifications:

• Strong culinary skills with a passion for excellence (French preferred but will train)
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain quality and consistency
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal updates
• Monitor and maintain kitchen inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Step in to manage kitchen activities in the Head Chef's absence
• Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to promote growth and efficiency
• Collaborate with management to improve operational workflows and guest satisfaction
