Great hotel in Midtown is seeking an Operations Manager to run the Front Office Operations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hotel experience in Front Desk/Front Office Operations as Supervisor+
• Union experience highly preferred
• Experience managing a team of 30+ including bell, door

Responsibilities:

• Work with Front Office colleagues to oversee daily arrival, guest, reservations, VIPs
• Assist with ordering, inventory, scheduling, payroll
