The Sous Chef – Asian Concept supports the Executive Chef in leading culinary operations for an Asian restaurant within a casino environment. This role emphasizes authentic preparation, high-volume execution, and team leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
 
Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Asian cuisine, with at least 1 year as a Sous Chef or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Asian cooking techniques (wok), ingredients, and service standards.
• Preferred experience in high-volume restaurants or casino food & beverage operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensure consistency in authentic Asian cuisine.
• Train and lead staff in preparation, execution, and service flow.
• Support inventory management, cost control, and kitchen sanitation compliance.
