A luxury hospitality group in the heart of Napa Valley is hiring a Catering Sales Manager to lead bespoke wedding and social event sales across a multi-property estate, including two upscale hotels, a villa collection, and newly enhanced culinary and wellness offerings.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of catering or event sales experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or winery
• Track record of creating customized, high-end events
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Available to work weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities:

• Source and convert wedding and event business, including vow renewals and private gatherings
• Respond to RFPs, prepare polished proposals and presentations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional event execution
• Represent the property at wedding shows and industry events
• Curate full guest experiences—from venue selection and menus to spa and lodging coordination

• Nearly 200 rooms and suites across multiple luxury accommodations
• Full-service spa, wellness center, and a new 185-seat restaurant launching in 2025
