Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years as Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef, or 3+ years as Sous Chef in high-volume upscale dining.
• Strong culinary knowledge, leadership skills, and ability to execute fine dining standards.
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain) and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain top culinary and safety standards.
• Develop and execute innovative, seasonal menus with regional influence.
• Oversee food quality, consistency, inventory, and compliance with health regulations.
