A full service hotel in Greensboro, NC is looking for a great Executive Chef!
 
Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of kitchen management experience - does not need to have specific hotel experience
• Banquet/catering a must
• Great leadership skills and financial acumen

 
Responsibilities:

• Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring execution of all culinary offerings for restaurant, and banquets, take away service.
• Maintain highest levels of food safety, sanitation, and quality assurance across all kitchen areas.
• Control food costs through effective purchasing, portioning, inventory control, and waste management.
