Position Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for all Front of the House operations, collaborating with the Culinary team and providing genuine hospitality.  This role requires deep knowledge of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, strong leadership and training capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest guest standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Held accountable for the successful operations of a new restaurant opening
• Recruit, train, and mentor the front-of-house team, creating a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with ownership and back-of-house leadership on guest feedback, events, and hospitality strategy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an upscale or fine dining setting.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
• Expertise in $15 Milion + revenue.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and mentoring skills.
